Westminster College offers shuttle service to and from the Pittsburgh International Airport for academic breaks.
One-way-$30; Round trip-$55 (when booked at time of original reservation; plus any applicable fees)
Note: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept cash.
Shuttle service is limited to enrolled students of Westminster College.
Reservations must be made online two weeks in advance. Late reservations will be accepted on a space available basis for a fee of $50 one-way and must be made in the Student Affairs Office (McKelvey Campus Center 244).

Break Shuttle Reservations are accepted online. If you have questions about reservations, please call 724-946-7111 (Student Affairs) during business hours.
Cancellations (with 50 percent refund) are only accepted with seven (7) business days (i e. Monday - Friday) advance notice of the scheduled shuttle departure time. There will be no refund after that date for any reason.
Please wait to make shuttle reservations until after your travel plans are confirmed. Seating is limited. However, once reservations close, if there are seats remaining, we will reopen the reservations process until all seats are taken.
Shuttles depart campus from the McKelvey Campus Center main entrance (north). Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to begin boarding. Because other riders have flights, the shuttle cannot wait beyond the scheduled departure time. Please be on time.
The trip to the airport will take approximately 60 minutes, so please plan accordingly. Allow 3 ½ hours for travel time and security checks. Return shuttles will pick up outside the baggage claim area at the Pittsburgh International Airport unless otherwise notified. When making airline reservations, please allow time for travel to the airport plus the time needed for airport security checks. See the airport’s website for more specific information at http://www.pitairport.com/faqs. When arranging for your return flight, take into consideration flight delays that may occur. Drivers are instructed to leave the airport at the scheduled pick-up time regardless of flight delays. Shuttle passengers are expected to be at the pick-up location fifteen minutes prior to pick-up.
Luggage is limited to one carry-on bag (or backpack) and one medium suitcase. Call 724-946-7111 (Student Affairs) if you foresee needing additional luggage space.

Reservations open October 3, 2016.
Departure reservations close November 8, 2016, and return reservations close on November 15, 2016.
WINTER/CHRISTMAS BREAK: DECEMBER 16 – JANUARY 16
Reservations open October 31, 2016.
Departure reservations close December 2, 2016, and return reservations close on December 9, 2016.
SPRING BREAK: MARCH 11 – 19
Reservations open December 1, 2016.
Departure reservations close February 24, 2017, and return reservations close on March 10, 2017.
END OF SEMESTER
Reservations open December 1, 2016 and close April 28, 2017.
