Baseball: Watt Lifts Titans Past Thiel With Walk-Off Single

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College baseball team won, 4-3, at home versus Thiel after Titan junior Duncan Watt (Pickering, ON / Dunbarton) singled home classmate Jake Haubrich (North Huntingdon, PA / Norwin) in the bottom of the ninth with two outs.

Westminster (8-15, 5-6) tied the game, 1-1, in the bottom of the second inning after Haubrich scored junior John Jones (New Wilmington, PA / Ligonier Valley) with a sacrifice fly to center field. The Titans took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the sixth inning after senior Nick Reinthaler (Canfield, OH / Canfield) singled home sophomore Ryan Dunn (Freeport, PA / Freeport).

Baseball: Titans Split With Grove City in Conference Doubleheader
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College baseball team split with Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Grove City in a doubleheader at home on Saturday. The Titans won, 5-3, in game one, however, lost, 7-3, in game two after the Wolverines scored five runs in the top of the seventh.

WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College baseball team lost, 13-3, at Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Washington & Jefferson on Wednesday. The Titans dropped to 6-14 overall and 3-5 in the PAC, while the Presidents improved to 14-9 and 9-2 in the conference.

Westminster Prepares for NCAA's Third Division III Week
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Westminster will be joining nearly 450 other NCAA Division III institutions to celebrate Division III Week this week, April 7-13. This is the third year that a week has been set aside by the NCAA to recognize those member institutions whose intercollegiate athletic programs compete in D-III.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Westminster College baseball team was swept in a non-conference doubleheader at the No. 21 nationally ranked Case Western on Saturday. The Titans lost, 12-1, in game one and, 21-0 in seven innings, in game two.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Titan freshman Nate McMaster (Stow, OH / Stow-Munroe Falls) pitched six scoreless innings, guiding the Westminster College baseball team to an 8-3 win versus Geneva at home on Wednesday.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College baseball team was swept by the defending Presidents' Athletics Conference (PAC) champion, Washington & Jefferson, in a PAC doubleheader at home on Tuesday. The Titans lost game one, 3-0, and fell, 9-3, in the nightcap.
