Men’s Tennis: 2014 Review

The Titan men's tennis team, under the guidance of veteran head coach Scott Renninger, placed sixth out of eight teams at the 2014 PAC Championship Tournament held at the Pennbriar Athletic Club. The Titans compiled eight points.

The Titans had four fourth-place finishes at the championship tournament, three in singles play and one in doubles. The Titans finished their 2013-14 season with a 6-7 overall record and 4-3 PAC record.

Sophomore Troy Abbott (Seven Fields, PA / Seneca Valley) led the Titans with 9-7 record at no. 1 singles. Abbott teamed up with junior Mike Matisi (Lowellville, OH / Lowellville) with a team- best six wins at no. 1 doubles.
