Football: Titans Announce 2014 Schedule

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College football team, under the guidance of first-year head coach Scott Benzel, released its 2014 schedule. The Titans will play six home games at Harold Burry Stadium, including two night games; the first will be their home opener vs. Hiram, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m.

After Westminster's home night game against Washington & Jefferson (Sept. 13, 7 p.m.), the Titans will host Bethany (Sept. 20, 1 p.m.) , Thiel (Oct.11, 1 p.m.), and Waynesburg (Oct. 18, 1 p.m.). Westminster will play Grove City (Nov. 8, 1 p.m.) for its Senior Day.

For their away games, the Titans will travel to Thomas More (Sept. 27, 1:30 p.m.), Carnegie Mellon (Oct. 4, 1 p.m.), Saint Vincent (Nov. 1, 1 p.m.), and Geneva (Nov. 15, 1 p.m.).

The Carnegie Mellon and Case Western football teams will join the PAC in 2014. The first PAC game on every school's schedule will not count in the conference standings since the teams will not be playing every team in the PAC.
