I have been at Westminster since 2006 when I began as the Assistant Dean for Residence Life and Leadership Development. After 6 years of working with students living on campus, training RAs and RDs, I was ready for a new adventure. I worked the next 8 years in student activities, fraternity/sorority life, student government, and orientation. During that time, we brought innovative initiatives to the orientation program, developed a matriculation process, and introduced the Westminster 101 course – all to strengthen the support of our first year students during their transition to college. I recently jumped into my next adventure leading the Student Affairs Division as the Vice President for Student Affairs. Collectively, Student Affairs will deliver excellent support and leadership opportunities that enhance the student experience.
