The aim of the Student Pre-Law Association is to provide support and a forum for students interested in attending law school and pursuing a career in the law. The main focus of the group will be providing information concerning the options available in a legal career, the process of applying to and choosing a law school, and the kinds of undergraduate course work and experience that provides the best preparation for law school. This will include activities such as: presenting speakers from a variety of different areas of the law, hosting admissions officers and alumni from area law school, visits to area law schools, and sponsoring workshops on the law school application process. Our aim, through participation in the Association and attendance at its events, is to provide Westminster students with the greatest possible understanding of the options available to them in pursuing a legal career.
