Westminster Graduate Students Inducted into Honor Society

Ten Westminster College graduate students were inducted into the Pi Alpha Chi chapter of the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International.

Chi Sigma Iota requirements include a 3.5 grade point average, and at least six complete semester hours in the counseling master's degree program at Westminster.

New inductees include: David Bell, Aliquippa; Deanna Drisko, New Wilmington; Christine Jackson, Hubbard, Ohio; Renee Jones, New Castle; Ralph Ledbetter, New Castle; Deanne Othites, New Castle; Beth Pears, Volant; Kirsten Porter, Beaver; Natalie Scott, Canfield, Ohio; Darra Tolle, Austintown, Ohio; and Adam Volkstadt, Titusville.

Chi Sigma Iota is the international honor society for counselors-in-training, counselor educators, and professional counselors. Its mission is promote scholarship, research, professionalism, leadership, and excellence in counseling. It also recognizes high attainment in the pursuit of clinical and academic excellence in the field of counseling.
