NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.—Westminster College will mock politics this fall with the help of a former presidential candidate’s visit to campus.  Our Mother Fair podcast for May reveals the identity of that visitor.  Reporter Ian Ross also previews the 2019 Mock Convention with what’s happening behind the scenes.

Our reporter Nikyah Beckwith profiles senior who’s comedian and bodybuilder who’s nailed an impression of President Trump with a character he calls Donald Pump. Hear from sports correspondent Garvey Biggers about how senior baseball players are crediting the new culture and new found confidence to their head coach. WCN’s Walter Eugene takes us to Memorial Field House to find out what the Titan football squad does in the offseason. We head to Youngstown with reporter Jack Karson to visit one of the Westminster grads helping lead the daily newsroom operations at WFMJ 21 News.

Mother Fair is the podcast focused on telling the stories of our students, our alumni, our coaches and faculty and our community.  The program is produced by the student producers, hosts, and reporters working the newsroom of Titan Radio, Westminster Cable, The Holcad and wcn247.com.

Sam Craig and Jaclyn Bleggi produced this show.  Kat Braun and Goldie McElwain hosted with additional production and writing support from Hayley McGuigan, Sydney Roach and Rachael Angermier.
