Westminster College will celebrate Homecoming with a variety of activities Oct. 8-10.

The annual Homecoming parade will take place Saturday at 10:30 a.m. on Market Street. This year's parade theme is "Return for the Magic," featuring classic Disney characters. Participants include the Westminster Titan Marching Band, the Wilmington Area High School marching band, local Scout troops, campus organizations' floats, Homecoming king and queen candidates, and local community groups and businesses. Entries will be judged by the Westminster Class of 1960.

Other public events scheduled include: tours of the Field Station; a worship service in Wallace Memorial Chapel, led by the Class of 1960; "Salute to a Titan" memorial service for Marjorie Walker at the New Wilmington Presbyterian Church; story time in the Williamson Community Room of McGill Library; Faculty Fair, an opportunity for casual conversation with faculty in the Watto Faculty Commons of the McKelvey Campus Center; presentation of the Homecoming court prior to the Westminster Titans vs. Bethany Bison football game; women's soccer against SUNY Geneseo on the soccer field; men's soccer vs. Potomac State at Memorial Field; and meditation walks at the Sandy Edmiston Memorial Labyrinth at the Field Station.
