Honor Society Inducts New Members

The Westminster Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa initiated 36 new members in a Dec. 2 ceremony in Wallace Memorial Chapel.

The ceremony was led by President Barry Unis. New inductees were introduced by Steven Ruperto, selection chair, and Sarah Standish, initiation chair.

Omicron Delta Kappa is the national leadership honor society for college students that recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership and exemplary character.

Membership in Omicron Delta Kappa is a mark of highest distinction and honor. To be eligible for selection, a student must be a junior or senior ranked in the top 35% of their class and show distinctive leadership in at least one of five phases of campus life: scholarship; athletics; campus or community service, social and religious activities, and campus government; journalism, speech and mass media; and creative and performing arts.
