The fourth annual Music and Meatballs is coming to Westminster College Friday, Oct. 1, at the New Wilmington Presbyterian Church.  Sittings are at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

"This year it's called 'Music and Meatballs IV: Down Under' because the choir is traveling to Florida for their annual choir tour, and funds raised from this event will help to defray costs of the trip," said Dr. Robin Lind, director of choral activities at Westminster College.  "Members of the choir put on this delicious, fun-filled and musical dinner from advertising and decorating the hall to buying, cooking and serving the spaghetti supper.  Each sitting concludes with a 30-minute musical presentation by members of the choir led by Tom Oyer." (Oyer is a senior sociology major from Dalton, Ohio.)

Adult tickets are $10, and senior citizen and student tickets are $6.  Reservations can be made with any choir member or by calling the Westminster College Music Office at (724) 946-7270.   Tickets will also be available at the door.

"Come and enjoy a homemade Italian dinner before the Celebrity Series performance of "The Ten Tenors," Lind said.
