Westminster College Diversity Symposium Continues with International Banker

Alfredo Lopez Salteri, director of personnel development and human resources at the Rio de la Plata Bank in Argentina, will speak Tuesday, March 27, at 4 p.m. in the Down Under lounge in the basement of Eichenauer Hall Westminster College.

Salteri's will speak on international business, leadership, and the cultural issues of doing business in South America.

Salteri is also president of Salteri & Associados, a professional human resources and organizational development consulting firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and serves as director in the area of human resources and middle management for ADVANCED: Management Consultants, Technical Assistance Division of IDEAS, located in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Salteri also is a professor of human resources in the graduate program at the School of Economics and Business Administration, Universidad Nacional del Comahu, Neuguen, Argentina. He is a frequent lecturer and international conference speaker for professional meetings in Argentina, Uruguay, and Honduras.

The Westminster College Diversity Symposium is designed to help students and the community acquire a knowledge and appreciation of differences among people, human cultures, and the natural world.
