Westminster’s entrepreneur-in-residence to appear on WPXI-TV program

Westminster College Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Lecturer Eric Gaber will be featured on the WPXI-TV program “Our Region's Business” at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 12.

Gaber, who also serves as director of the Westminster Entrepreneurship Center and lecturer of business at the College, will discuss entrepreneurship at the college level. He also will talk about the Entrepreneurship Leadership Council, an organization he founded that is comprised of nearly 20 colleges and universities from the Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia region that have entrepreneur programs.

Gaber said he will also discuss corporate intrapreneurship, social entrepreneurship and small business entrepreneurship.

“Entrepreneurship is not just inventing electric cars and vaccines,” he said.

Gaber has more than 30 years of experience leading organizations from corporate inception through ongoing organizational management. He is president of E&C Services Inc., a leader in executive search consulting services primarily operating within the engineering, construction, manufacturing, real estate, health care and biopharmaceutical industries. He earned his undergraduate at Clarion University and an MBA and EMBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

“Our Region’s Business,” jointly produced by the Allegheny Conference and WPXI-TV, is hosted by Bill Flanagan, chief corporate relations officer at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development.
