It has been my pleasure to serve as a full-time faculty member at Westminster College in the Department of Education since 1996 when I was hired to instruct special education and other courses and to act as the Office of Disabilities Service Coordinator. Over the years I taught in both the graduate and undergraduate programs, implemented technology partnerships with local school districts, and supplied numerous hours of service to Westminster College. The areas of research and scholarship in which I am interested and have worked with colleagues include technology use in schools and cyberbullying. Kappa Delta Pi and Phi Delta Kappa were organizations I led and continue to support. Having served as Department Chair and the PDE liaison for a number of years I continue to keep my hand in education following my official retirement in 2013. I am enjoying being an adjunct faculty member in the School of Education. My husband and I live in New Wilmington; we have three grown children who along with their spouses and children live in Mississippi, Minnesota, and Maryland. My hobbies inlude reading, traveling, and taking care of and spending time with grandchildren ages 3, 4, 21 and 23.
