Indoor Track & Field: Women’s Team Finishes Second, Men Third at the 2015 PAC Championships

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Westminster College women's and men's indoor track & field teams broke a total of six school records, including three conference records, as the Titans competed in the 2015 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Indoor Track and Field Championships. The Titan women's team finished second with 110 points, while the Titan men's team placed third with 76 points. The championships took place at Youngstown State University's Watson and Tressel Training Site (WATTS).

High Fives are the Top-5 performances by Westminster athletes during the previous week as selected by the Titan Sports Blogger.

#1 - Junior Marissa Kalsey (Women's Indoor Track & Field) helped the Titans sweep the top four spots in the pole vault at Saturday's Kenyon Classic. Her first-place jump of 12 feet, six inches tied her season-best mark.

#2 - Titan sophomore Cameron Pozsgai (Men's Basketball) scored 10 of the Titans' 13 points in overtime in Westminster's 88-85 overtime win at Geneva. Pozsgai tied his career-high with 19 points.

#3 - Titan senior Allison Borts (Women's Basketball) helped Westminster win 52-46 at Geneva as she registered her fifth double-double of the season after she scored a team-high 12 points and grabbed down a team-best 12 boards.

#4 - Sophomore Doltyn Snedden (Men's Indoor Track & Field) helped the Titans place third out of seven schools at the Kenyon College Classic as he placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a school-record time of 9.04.

#5 - Titan sophomore Katelynn Morrell (Women's Indoor Track & Field) placed third out of 24 runners in the 1-mile run with a school-record time of 5:33.85 at the Kenyon College Classic.

Honorable Mention:
-Junior Andrew Brannen (Men's Indoor Track & Field) placed third in the pole vault with an indoor personal-best mark of 4.42 meters at the Kenyon College Classic.

GAMBIER, Ohio - The Westminster College men's and women's indoor track & field teams competed in the Kenyon College Classic on Saturday. The Titan men's team finished third out of seven schools with 78 points, while the Titan women's team placed fifth out of seven schools with 72.75 points.

OBERLIN, Ohio - The Westminster College men's and women's indoor track & field teams competed in the Crimson & Golf Invitational, hosted by Oberlin College, on Friday. The Titan men's team finished second out of four schools with 155 points, while the Titan women's team placed fourth out of five schools with 68 points.
