Westminster's minor in Human Resources is achieved through coursework in Business Administration and related disciplines. Human Resources minors are taught how to manage the “behind the scenes” aspects of an organization throughout all stages of the employment process. With foundational coursework in accounting, microeconomics and statistics, students learn how to be well-rounded human resource professionals.
