Westminster College’s Dance Theatre program will hit the stage once more for their eclectic tribute to pop icon Bruno Mars, properly titled “Finesse.” Performances will be held on March 22 and 23 at 8 p.m. There will also be Sunday matinee on March 25 at 2 p.m.
Westminster students, faculty and staff can purchase tickets for $2, adults for $10 and children and senior citizens for $5 at the door on the day of the recital.
All dances are choreographed by student choreographers, all of diverse dance backgrounds. Dance Theatre president Kayla Warmbein is excited to showcase the hard work put into the production of “Finesse.”
“Dance Theatre has allowed me to grow as a dancer, a leader and a teacher,” Warmbein said. “I enjoyed the challenges of teaching choreography to all types of learners and working hard to reach a common goal—our performance.”
