One month ago, employees at Westminster College set out on a mission to collect diapers for an employee who gave birth to quadruplets last month.

Today, it was announced that Westminster College surpassed their goal, collecting over 2,600 diapers for the babies.

Melissa Beadle, graduate school liaison, and her husband Robert, welcomed Leo, Lea, Geo, and Gia into the world on May 1. The four, who were coined the name “the Beadle Bunch” by their medical team, were delivered by 39 medical professionals.

“My husband and I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Westminster College community for the generous support during the Beadle Bunch Diaper Drive,” said Beadle.

According to the NICU medical team, the four will use more than 40 diapers per day totaling roughly 280 per week. Westminster College has supplied the “Beadle Bunch” with a stock of diapers to last roughly 10 weeks.
