Committee meetings are to be held at the beginning of the Senate meeting. These meetings will be held to the same guidelines as listed above.
Meeting times and locations will be announced via email or by announcement to the Senate in a meeting prior to the new meeting time/location.
*Warnings are sent out to notify you of your attendance standing. They are not a threat. Try to keep in mind that you are representing your fellow students and as a leader it is imperative you show your commitment by attending every Senate meeting.

- Family Emergencies
- Required Lectures, Films, Symposiums
- Work, if necessary (should rarely occur)
- Other organization meetings or functions
All excuses must be turned in prior to the Wednesday meeting. These excuses can be handwritten or typed and must be placed in the SGA mailbox 167, or they may be emailed to me at email@example.com before 5:00 p.m.
