The Westminster College parking permit fee is $70.00 per year. Permits may be obtained at the McKelvey Campus Center Information Desk, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please bring your vehicle ownership card and proof of insurance card with you in order to complete the registration form.  If you have a question, please call 724.946.6145.
