Dr. Perttu's recent piece for flute and piano, Gloamin, will be released on the Navona Records label in Spring, 2012.

Dr. Perttu's commission for chorus and orchestra, Mountain Twilight, will be premiered by the Shenango Valley Chorale and Greenville Symphony Orchestra in February, 2012.

Dr. Perttu's compositions will be performed in Chicago, Virginia, Alabama, New York, and Pennsylvania in Spring, 2012.
