Biographical Sketch

Dr. McMinn is an associate professor of psychology, and he joined the Westminster faculty in 2003.  He received his Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology at Emory & Henry College, and a Master's and PhD in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh.  His training is in group processes and dynamics.  Currently, Dr. McMinn's research focuses on team self-correction and the value of secret information for groups and interpersonal relationships.
