Sustainability in Motion is
an outreach program that was founded at Westminster College in the fall
of 2010. This program serves to educate students of all ages about the
benefits of solar energy and other sustainable technologies.
Westminster College students and faculty
working with this program have created lesson plans and other
activities for students of all ages to complete to learn more about
sustainability in general and solar energy: Specifically
in a related project, solar panels have also been installed on a
building at the College’s Field Station. Tours are available for people
of all ages to see solar power in action! |
