The Westminster High School Programming Contest is an opportunity for area high school students to show off their programming abilities in a competitive environment.
The Westminster HSPC is modelled after the International Collegiate Programming Contest model in which teams of students work to solve a set of programming problems using limited responces from judges to guide them.
