Motor Pool Request

Westminster College has a fleet of seven vans (five - 7 passenger vans and two - 12 passenger vans). These vehicles are available to faculty, staff, and students for college-related activities. Motor pool vehicles are scheduled on a first-served basis.


Student Drivers:

ALL student drivers must register to drive a vehicle with the Westminster College Business Manager, each academic year. The office is located in the Business Office in Old Main. Registration should be completed at least one week prior to request of a vehicle.


Motor pool Request Forms:

Motor pool reservation request forms are available in the Physical Plant Office or from a department secretary.


Motorpool Charges:

 58 cents/mile - vans.

All mileage charges will be billed to the requestor's department.
