Westminster College Online Call Center

The call center is managed by Information Systems. The information collected on these pages will answer some of the more frequent problems that occur on our network. Some of the information will pertain to faculty and staff only. If you are unable to correct your problem you should contact the call center directly.

Calling the Call Center


Before you contact the call center you will need to have the following information:

  • The type of PC you are using
  • The operating system ( Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc.)
  • Your User ID.
  • You should never give your password to anyone, including the call center!

The purpose of this page is to help users of the College's campus-wide network and the Voice-Mail System. Documents and solutions are for Westminster College only.
