Call Center Supervisor
- Manages all activities including daily operation of the Call Center.
- Hires, trains and schedules student staff to work in the Call Center.

- Provides status reports to callers on the nature and progress of their issues.

- Assist Manager of User Services with management of student tech desk staff.
