- Print and send letters/emails advising parents their student was featured in a press release. - File newspaper/media clippings and file press releases. - Update contact information from parents/alumni/newsletter subscribers - Update media contacts - Proofread communications when needed - Other duties as assigned - Possible opportunity for right candidate to acquire writing experience by assisting with writing releases/articles
- Writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Good organizational skills - Good time management skills/able to prioritize - Microsoft skills and other computer skills

Prefer a student majoring in English, public relations, communications, or a related field. Must be Federal Work-Study eligible.
