Senior Seminar

This Spring time event is designed to give students the information they will need during their senior year to prepare for a career or graduate school. Information regarding services, programs, events, requirements, opportunities, and deadlines will be presented. A reception is hosted by the Career Center as part of this event.

Mock Interviews

To assist students in improving their interviewing skills, the Career Center offers mock interviews with an employer or Career Center staff. These interviews may be videotaped at the student's request.

On-Campus Recruiting

Recruiters from business and industry, education, non-profit organizations and government agencies come to campus to interview seniors for professional positions. Alum who are interesed in recruiting at WC are encouraged to contact Katy DeMedal at ext. 6338 for more information.

Job Fairs

Westminster students have access to large numbers of recruiters at the fall and spring WestPACS Job Fairs.
Visit WestPACS

School districts throughout the nation are represented at the annual Pittsburgh Educational Recruiting Consortium (PERC) Fair for teaching candidates.

NACElink Connect

NACELink Jobs An on-line, national job board for students looking for all types of employment, including full-time and part-time jobs, internships, cooperative education positions, and volunteer and summer work. This service is provided to you by the Career Center as a benefit of their membership in the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Registration and use of NACElink is free to all Westminster students. Click on the NACElink logo to register or to login into your account. After you create your personal account, you can:
  • Search for jobs posted for Westminster students and alumni
  • Create and save your resume and cover letter to send to employers advertising positions through the system
  • Update and tailor your resume and cover letter for specific employers
