Westminster College's Career Center is your link to the College's students and alumni. Our programs and services can be customized to suit your unique needs as a Westminster recruiter.


On-Campus Recruiting

On-Campus Recruiting serves employers interested in recruiting students for full-time, professional positions following graduation. Alumni may participate as well at the employer's discretion.


Interview options: Open and Pre-Select.


Open: Employer interviews all students who submit a resume and meet specified qualifications.

Pre-select: Employer reviews resumes and interviews selected students.

The On-Campus Recruiting Program is free and runs throughout the academic year.

Employers are asked to provide corporate or organizational information and/or web site for student research.


Resume Collection Program


Student resumes are collected and forwarded to employers who wish to interview students at their site.


Information Sessions


Employers may hold an information session prior to interviews.

At the employer's request, a room will be reserved and arrangements made for any refreshments and audio-visual equipment required.


Job Listings


Employers interested in making Westminster students aware of full-time opportunities may fax, mail, or e-mail their position announcements to the Career Center for placement in our Titan Employment Bulletin.
