Monthly Billing Statements Schedule

Monthly statements are available only through the CASHNet website. They will be published monthly. To view your statement, please follow the instructions on CASHnet link.

Your monthly statements will be available only through the CASHNet website:

Students:	In order to view your bill, follow these steps: Go to https://my.westminster.edu/ics. Log in using your Novell log-in name and password. Go to the Finances tab. Click on "Go to CASHNet" tab. If you want your parents to view your bill you must complete the following steps on the CASHNet website.* On the home page (bottom of the page) there is an option "Parent Pins". Select "add new" You will enter a Login name (you need to create this name) You will enter an e-mail address The next two questions select Yes (they should already be selected) Select "OK" and you're done Your parents will receive an e-mail from CASHNet with their Login name and a temporary password. Once they login, they will need to change the password.
Parents:	ONCE YOUR STUDENT HAS SET UP AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU: Go to https://commerce.cashnet.com/westminpapay. Log in with ID and password that your student has set up for you.

You will receive an e-mail every time an updated statement is ready to view. If your parents are signed up, they will also receive an e-mail.

*If you choose not to set your parents up on CASHNet, and they pay all or a part of your bill, it is your responsibility to print a copy of the bill and make sure they see it.

Forms of payment:

Direct Payments may be made to your account by cash, check or money order payable to ‘Westminster College’.  If paying by check, please include your student ID number in the memo line

Online Payments may be made using a credit card or e-check through CASHNet. See CASHNet login information above.

Interest Free Payment Plan – TuitionPay from Sallie Mae is the College’s only authorized payment plan company.  If you have already enrolled in the TuitionPay monthly payment plan, we have reflected your payment plan as a reduction from your bill now on the assumption that you will meet your commitments to TuitionPay.  Any changes to your payment plan arrangements such as additions or deletions will be reflected on your billing statement in the month after we are informed by TuitionPay of the change.  If you have not already enrolled and would like to please contact Sallie Mae at https://tuitionpay.salliemae.com

All College fees, including room and board, are payable on or before August 1 for Fall Semester and on or before January 2 for Spring Semester. A late payment fee of $40 will be charged if financial obligations are not satisfied by the due date. A service charge of 1 percent per month, 12 percent annually, may be added to past-due accounts. The College reserves the right to recover all costs involved with the collection and/or litigation of past-due accounts. Students may not receive academic credit or obtain academic transcripts or grades until satisfactory arrangements are made to cover financial obligations.
