Password Reset Instructions

 

If your parents are having trouble accessing CASHNet,  you may need to reset their password:

 Go to https://my.westminster.edu/ics

Log in using your Novell log-in name and password.

Click on Finances tab

Click on “Go to CASHNet”

 

On the CASHNet Business Office On-Line Homepage there is an option

Parent Pins”. (Bottom of the page)

Select “EDIT”

You will re-enter a Parent PIN (This is a user name that you need to create)

You will re-enter an e-mail address

Select “Yes” for the question (You are giving your parent’s permission to view your bill)

Select “RESET PASSWORD

Your parents will receive an e-mail from CASHNet with their PIN and a temporary password; they will login and change the password.

 

Parents:    Once the student has completed these steps you will receive an e-mail from                

                   CASHNet with your Parent PIN and a temporary password, which you will change

                   when you log on

Go to https://commerce.cashnet.com/westminpapay

Log in with the Parent PIN and temporary password received by CASHNet

 

Students will receive an e-mail every time an updated statement is ready to view.  Parents who are signed up will also receive an e-mail.
