Q: Do you ship to Canada or International?
A: Currently we do not ship to addresses outside the US. As a result of the higher incidence of overseas credit card fraud, our security for these types of orders has been heightened. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We gladly accept MasterCard or Visa for on-line orders. If you prefer to pay by check, money order or would rather phone in your order, please call 724-946-6211 between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: You may return an item for replacement or refund. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Please indicate the reason for the return and what you would like us to do. We can exchange the item or give you credit.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. If you paid by credit card we will credit your credit card, a credit will appear on your next statement.

Q: Where is my order?
A: Please note that our policy allows for up to 1-3 business days before your order is shipped out.
Standard Ground: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 2-14 business days.
2nd day: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 2 days.
Overnight: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within overnight.
Please be advised that certain mail carriers do not include weekends or holidays as ship dates.
Q: How long does it take to process orders?
A: Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, please be advised that our policy allows up to 1-3 business days before your order may be shipped out.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Please be advised that you can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped out.
Q: How do I calculate my shipping and handling costs?
A: In order to calculate your shipping costs, simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart and prior to checkout you can see the shipping costs for your desired item(s). Be sure to select the correct shipping method to calculate an accurate amount for your desired shipping.
Q: What are the Shipping Costs?
A: Shipping of items is based on availability of items, and credit card authorization. All Express Deliveries (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) are next Business Day only. This excludes Holidays and Weekends. Choosing Express shipping minimizes delivery days, not order processing days.
We will make every attempt to list only in-stock items; however there may be instances when a popular item sells out quickly. Should this occur your order will be adjusted and processed immediately. Your credit card will only be charged for those items shipped.
Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of your order (not including tax) and the method of shipment you choose.
Orders must be received before 11 AM (EASTERN STANDARD TIME) to guarantee overnight delivery.
Packages being sent to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via UPS overnight.
