"Getting the Message: Westminster's Digital Signage Project" demonstrated an idea born from a collaboration between Audio Visual Services and Information Systems. The event was the first of a full slate held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 in Westminster''s Mueller Theater. Web Services Coordinator Jonathan Smith, Web Developer Bill Quigley and AV Services Director Gary Swanson unveiled a dynamic new campus-wide marketing tool that will make it dramatically easier for departments and student organizations to target their announcements in a timely and cost effective manner.
Westminster College's Audio Visual Department joined InfoComm International in its AV Week tradition to highlight the industry's prevalence and value, applauding our colleagues here and around the globe by spotlighting AV technologies, services, and the impact they have on everyday communications and our lives. This year marked the 6th annual AV Week at Westminster College, held October 16-22, 2011.
