I have been with Westminster since 2012 and currently serve as the Call Center Supervisor. My job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Basic troubleshooting for the Information Systems Department
• Tracking the technology needs of staff and students using Track-it
• Ensuring that the computer labs are operating smoothly, while maintaining the supplies in the labs
• Connecting students and faculty to wireless on all laptops and mobile devices
• Smart Phone email issues
• All user related questions concerning WCLive and Outlook (web and client)
