Corey Benedict, a senior broadcast communications major, is a son of Peter and Catherine Benedict and a graduate of Beaver Area High School. He will present "Courage: The John Challis Story." At the age of 16 John was diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma, a type of liver cancer which ultimately spread to his lungs. Challis created an equation which he lived by until the day he died, "Courage + Believe = Life."  Benedict's documentary looks back at Challis' life before cancer, his battle with the disease, and explores how his message carries on even five years after his death.

Kendall Hunter, a senior broadcast communications major, is a son of Tina Hunter and a graduate of McKeesport Area High School. He presents "By Faith, Not Sight." This documentary takes a look at three friends and their walk of faith while creating P.A.U.S.E. Ministries, and Hunter's experiences at Camp Halo, a Christian camp near Corry, Pa.

Joseph Ligo, a senior broadcast communications major, is a son of Jess and Amy Ligo and a graduate of Mercer Area High School. He presents "The Unfortunate History of the AMC Pacer." The documentary chronicles the history of one of America's most unique automobiles, the American Motors Corporation Pacer. From its inception to ultimate failure, the Pacer fought a tide of troubles and complications unknown to the general public.

Joshua Dunn, a senior broadcast communications major, is a son of Charles and Maria Dunn and a graduate of Northgate High School. He presents "The Wright Way: A Titan Comeback Tale." The documentary follows the story of David Wright, one of the Westminster football team's best players, who had to sit out his senior year due to an injury. Wright was given the chance to resume his career by using a medical hardship waiver to gain an extra season of eligibility. With surgery and rehabilitation behind him, Wright finally gets back on the field with his teammates as he stages his comeback.

Jarred Treshok, a senior broadcast communications major, is a son of Anthony and Karen Treshok and a graduate of Freeport Area High School. He presents "Moore Hope: The Inspiring True Story of Amelia Moore." Moore is suffering through mitochondrial disease. The documentary focuses how she is dealing with the disease through positivity and her faith in God.

Chelsea Haybarger, a junior broadcast communications major, is a daughter of Anthony and Sharon Lynn Haybarger and a graduate of New Castle High School. She presents "The Real Dance Mom." Being a dancer since the age of two, Haybarger has developed a serious love and passion for the art and now teaches dance classes. The owner of the studio she teaches at has been her instructor since she began her dance journey and has become a role model to Haybarger. The documentary follows the studio owner's life as well as touches on the media's effect on the dance world.

Frank Maira, a senior broadcast communications major, is a son of Steven and Monika Maira and a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School. He presents "One Swing Away from the Big Leagues."As a child and baseball enthusiast who grew up in the city of Rochester, Maira has always rooted for the Red Wings. This documentary aims to tell the tale of how four players in drastically different situations used their experiences in Rochester as stepping stone to achieving their childhood dreams and making it to the big leagues. Those players are Jeff Clement, Kyle Gibson, Chris Colabello, and Garrett Jones.

Anthony Humes, a junior broadcast communications major, is a son of Ian and Lynne Humes of Darlington, England. He presents "Apple Castle: Right to the Core." This documentary unveils to the viewer the history of the Apple Castle orchard and how it managed to stay running in such a small community. You will see trials and tribulations of running a business and family in such a hands-on industry where production is everything.
