They took away some of the fear of the transition from being a student to being an accountant."

"It was very interesting to hear first-hand from people who have had experience in the Big Four, the smaller firms, and the in-between. It really gave insight to how important finding a business culture suitable to yourself is to thrive in your career and be happy. It was great to find out from the people who have done it exactly what it is in a public accounting firm that employees do day-to-day."

"My experience at Carbis Walker was one that proved to be extremely educational as well as a confidence boost to my career aspirations. In my short time there I found the 'team' to be tremendously helpful in a rather intimidating situation. Carbis Walker proved to be a comfortable yet focused work environment with a culture to be sought after."

I felt it was a great experience speaking with CPAs/future CPAs and having them assure me that it is one of the best routes I could pursue when entering the professional arena."
