The Office of Faith & Spirituality creates a climate of support and respect for individuals of all faith backgrounds, produces camaraderie throughout all belief systems, and emphasizes the importance of service to our neighbors.
The Office provides resources for members of the campus community to develop and grow in their own faith journey. This includes delivering weekly non-denominational worship services and a Catholic Mass on campus; providing a detailed listing of places to worship for most religious traditions in the area; organizing opportunities to participate in local and international volunteer opportunities; and maintaining the most up-to-date schedules of campus fellowship organizations and small groups for students to join.
The foundation of this program is formed by Westminster’s Board of Trustees, administration, faculty and students – where there is a strong believe that policies and practices are based on the principles, values and ideals of our Judeo-Christian traditions. No matter the belief system, every member of the Westminster College community is expected to honor the standards of compassion, justice, and a disciplined life in the pursuit of excellence.
