Titan Connect is the online Job & Internship Database and Online Community and it is just a click away! Titan Connect is a Westminster-only database where you can post your job and opportunities easily. The Career Center manages this database to connect students and alums with job opportunities.

On-Campus Recruitment Opportunities


There are a number of ways to connect with Westminster students right on campus. To learn more about these opportunities, contact Jen Hough.

On-Campus Interviews give an employer or company representative the choice to pre-select candidates or hold open interviews while on campus. Pre-selected candidates are those that are reviewed by the employer before the interview, whereas open interviews are open to those students wishing to walk in and have an interview during an appointed time frame.

Information Table visits are those held in our student campus center. Information tables typically are held between the center's busiest hours of 11AM-lPM. This open forum environment allows for students and employers alike to have a more relaxed atmosphere.

Let's Do Lunch events are very popular and for good reason. This program occurs over student's lunch hour and always includes a meal. This casual, yet informative program offers students opportunities to find out more about company and job specifics, while also offering a space to ask questions.

Third Party Recruiters


According to The National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE 2012), Third Party Recruiters are defined as, "agencies, organizations, or individuals recruiting candidates for temporary, part-time, or full-time employment opportunities other than for their own needs.”

In order for Third Party Recruiters to participate in hiring practices at Westminster College and be in accordance with the ethical standards set forth by NACE (2012) the information below must be disclosed to The Career Center:

  1. The name and contact information of the client(s) that the third-party recruiter is representing
  2. Position description and other information necessary to determine the legitimacy of the opportunity
  3. Third party recruiters must obtain written consent from the student prior to releasing personal information to an employer.
