Track & Field: Westminster 2009 Season Review

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Repeat or even double last year's success. That's exactly what the Westminster College men's and women's track and field teams did in 2009 as the Titan women repeated as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Champions and the fifth-place Titan men increased their point total at the PAC meet from 22 to 47 points compared to last year. Westminster won eight events at the PAC Championships, including seven by the Titan women and one for the men. Overall, there were 14 new school records established in the 2009 season (6 women's outdoor, 7 women's indoor, and 1 men's outdoor). more |
