Men's Golf: Titans Wrap Up Fall Schedule at Carnegie Mellon
VERONA, Pa. - The Westminster College men's golf team played its final event of the fall schedule Thursday with a fourth-place finish at the Carnegie Mellon Fall Invitational. The Titans shot a 327 to place fourth out of five teams at the event held at the Longvue Country Club in Verona. Sophomore David Paladino (Jefferson Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) and freshman Ross Montanti (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) led the Titans by tying for ninth overall with a pair of 78s. Sophomore Ryan Avril (Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown) and freshman Dom Ciraula (Wexford, Pa./Pine-Richland) cracked the top 30 with an 85 and 86, respectively. more |

The first two rounds of the PAC Championships were held Monday and Tuesday at the Oak Tree Country Club in West Middlesex, Pa. The final two rounds will be held April 23-24, 2012 at Cedarbrook Golf Course in Belle Vernon, Pa., to determine the 2011-12 PAC Championship. |
