Kevin Siroki ('93) enters his second season as the head coach of the Titan men's basketball team in the 2013-14 season.

Siroki previously was the athletic director and the head men's basketball coach at Galen University in Belize, Central America. Siroki, the team MVP as a senior and three-time letterwinner at point guard for the Titans in 1990-93, guided Westminster to a 58-29 record during his four years as an undergraduate.

Siroki has earned multiple championships and awards in professional international basketball, as a player and as a coach, over the past 10 years. Siroki also has coaching experience as the assistant men's basketball coach at Tiffin University (00-01) and Westminster (1998-2000). Siroki coached Doug Smith '13 who finished his career at Westminster with 1,068 points, good for 31st on the school's all-time scoring list.

 

Bob Kerr

Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Bob Kerr enters his ninth season as assistant coach for the Westminster men’s basketball team in 2013-14. Kerr is a former high school basketball coach in the area who is a native of New Castle.

Kerr came to Westminster after serving as head boys basketball coach and assistant athletic director/facilities director at Ellwood City Lincoln High School from 2001-04. Prior to that, he was an assistant boys basketball coach and assistant athletic director/facilities director at New Castle High School from 1994-2001.

A 1994 graduate of Slippery Rock University majoring in sports management with a minor in public relations, Kerr also worked for the NFL’s Los Angeles Raiders from 1991-93.

 

Jim Stitt

Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Jim Stitt is entering his first season as assistant coach for the Westminster men’s basketball team in 2013-14.

Prior to his arrival at Westminster, Stitt served as varsity assistant coach and program coordinator at Howland Local School District from 1986-1993. Sitt then became the varsity assistant coach at Warren City Schools from 1994-1999.

Currently, Stitt is assistant and elementary principal for the Boardman Local School District. Stiit earned his bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Youngstown State University in 1994. He also received a master’s degree in administration from Ashland University in 1999.
