Football: Britt Named PAC Offensive Player of the Week

Monday, November 11, 2013

GREENVILLE, Pa. - Titan senior quarterback Dak Britt (Battle Creek, Mich. / Battle Creek) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Offensive Player of the Week for the week of November 11.

Britt rushed for a career-high 245 yards and four touchdowns and threw for 169 yards and another score in the Titans' 45-37 four-overtime loss at Thiel Saturday night. His 38 rushing attempts are the most by a PAC player since Geneva's Gerard Muschette collected 38 carries against Washington & Jefferson on Oct. 23, 2010, while his 245 rushing yards established new Westminster and PAC records for yards gained on the ground by a quarterback. The senior from Battle Creek, Mich. tied the school record for rushing touchdowns in a game and finished just 10 yards shy of establishing the schools' single-game rushing record.

Westminster will host Geneva on Saturday at 1 p.m. for Senior Day.
