High Fives: Feb. 11-Feb. 17

High Fives are the Top-5 performances by Westminster athletes during the previous week as selected by the Titan Sports Blogger.

#1 - Steven Brooks (Swimming and Diving) - Brooks led the Men's swim team to their first PAC Championship since 2007, while being named PAC men's swimmer of the year.  Brooks was part of the men's 200 yard medley relay team that won with an NCAA provisional and school-record time of 1:33.08, as well as the men's 400 yard medley relay team that won with a provisional NCAA, pool-, conference-, and school-record time of 3:23.90.  He also broke the school record for 100 yard backstroke with a time of 50.80.

#2 - Amanda Marlow (Swimming and Diving) - Marlow helped lead the women's swim team to a second-place finish at the PAC Championships this past week. She finished second in the 200 yard butterfly with an NCAA provisional and a school-record time of 2:07.01. The previous record was 2:08.57 set in 1993.  Marlow was part of the 400 yard medley relay team that took second place.

#3 - Haley Gabor (Track and Field) - Gabor led the Titan women as she won two individual events and was also part of a winning relay. Gabor finished first in 400 meter dash (1:00.77) and in the 200 meter dash (27.19). Gabor was also part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished first with a time of 4:13.93.
 
#4 - Doug Smith (Men's Basketball) - In the final week of the season, Smith averaged a team-high 14 points per game to go along with six rebounds per game.  He was the team's leading scorer in the last two games of the season with totals of 22 and 18 points, vs. Geneva and Waynesburg respectively.  He finished his career with the Titans as the 35th player to score 1,000 points for a career, while doing it in only three years as a Titan.
 
#5 - Jenn Cantella (Women's Basketball) - In the final two games of the regular season, Cantella led the team by averaging 15.5 points per game.  In a win vs. Geneva that solidified the Titans as the #5 seed in the PAC Tournament, Cantella had 11 points as well as four assists. Against Grove City earlier that week, she had a team-high 20 points.
