Women's Soccer: Titans Tie Waynesburg, 0-0, in Double OT

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College women's soccer team tied, 1-1 in double overtime, with Waynesburg Saturday at Harold Burry Stadium. The Titans moved to 4-7-4 overall and 0-3-2 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC), while the Yellow Jackets are now 7-6-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the conference.

Titan senior goalie Jenn Cantella (Freedom, PA/Freedom) earned four saves in 110 minutes of play.

Westminster outshot Waynesburg 5-to-1 in the second half, however the Yellow Jackets had a 10-to-6 shot advantage for the game. Waynesburg also had a 7-to-1 corner kicks advantage. For the game, Westminster had three shots on goal, while Waynesburg had four.

The Titans will travel to Bethany on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
