Women's Tennis: Titans Blank Geneva, Move to 13-0

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College women's tennis team stayed undefeated after it shutout the visiting Geneva Golden Tornadoes, 9-0, on Monday. The Titans improved to 13-0 overall and 7-0 in the PAC, while the Golden Tornadoes dropped to 8-6 overall and 5-4 in the conference.

Earning a shutout in singles competition were senior Alex Bailey (Murrysville, PA / Franklin Regional) and junior Catlin Hosler (Lititz, PA / Manheim Central) at no. 1 and no. 2 singles, respectively.

Bailey and Hosler also blanked their opponent at no. 1 doubles, while the duo of seniors Jane Larson (Warren, PA / Warren) and Beth Ekimoff (Webster, NY / Webster Schroeder) earned a shutout at no. 3 doubles.

The Titans will host Division II Edinboro (4-1) on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
