High Fives are the Top 5 performances by Westminster athletes during the previous week as selected by the Titan Sports Blogger.

#5 - Senior Tim Wiand (Pottstown, PA / Owen J. Roberts), Baseball - Wiand led the Titans with a batting average of .455 (5-11) with a run and six RBIs in three games last week.

#4 - Senior Erica Kimmick (Parma, OH / Cuyahoga Heights), Softball - In four games last week, Kimmick hit .333 (3-9) with five RBIs, two runs, a double, and a home run. Kimmick finished the week with a .778 slugging percentage.

#3 - Senior Pam Bonneau (McMurray, PA / Peters Township), Women's Golf - Bonneau led Westminster to its third PAC women's golf crown and its first since 2005. She earned First Team All-PAC honors with a fifth-place finish with a 183 (91-92). This is Bonneau's fourth First Team accolade or her career.

#2 - Junior Adam Carswell (Painesville, OH / Notre Dame Cathedral Latin), Men's T&F - Carswell won the 400 meter dash at the PAC Championships, breaking his school-record that he set earlier in the year with a stadium-record time of 48.87. He was also a part of the 4x100 meter relay team that won with a school record time of 42.62, eclipsing the previous fastest time in team history of 43.31 set in last year's conference championship.

#1 - Sophomore Haley Gabor (New Kensington, PA / Ford City), Women's T&F - Gabor was named 2012 PAC Women's Track and Field MVP, marking the first ever Titan to win this award. Gabor set stadium records with a first place finish in the 400 meter dash (57.96) and a second finish in pole vault (3.1). Gabor was first in the 200-meter dash (26.11) and was also part of the 4x400-meter relay team who won with a time of 4:09.11.
