Men's Track & Field: Titans Tune-Up for PAC Championships at Greyhound Invite

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - A few members of the Westminster College men's field team participated at the Greyhound Invitational today hosted by Moravian College.

Junior Mark Saylor (West Middlesex, PA / West Middlesex) placed second in the pole vault with a mark of 4.75 meters. Freshman Natty Schramm (Jeannette, PA / Pittsburgh Central Catholic) was seventh (4.45 m.). Also finishing in the top-10 for Westminster was senior Caleb Smathers (Punxsutawney, PA / Punxsutawney) with a mark of 4.30 m.

Senior Ryan Bell (New Wilmington, PA / Wilmington) placed 11th in the javelin with a toss of 56.19 meters.

Westminster will compete at the PAC Championships next Friday (3 p.m.) and Saturday (11 a.m.) hosted by Geneva College.
