Hilton Head, S.C. - The Westminster College men's tennis team has played tough competition during its spring break trip. Tuesday was not an exception, as the Titans lost 8-1 to the undefeated Cardinals of Catholic University (Washington, DC). Westminster dropped to 0-4 on the year, while the Cardinals improved to 6-0.
The duo of seniors Drew Trifelos (Newark, OH / Granville Christian Academy) and Sean Black (Aurora, OH / Aurora) scored the lone point for Westminster in the second doubles by winning 9-8, 7-4.
Westminster is back on the courts tomorrow when it plays Division II Tusculum College (Tenn.). Match is slated for 8 a.m.
