GREENVILLE, Pa. - The Westminster College women's golf team competed at Thiel in its Spring opener on Saturday. The Titans placed fourth out of seven schools with a score of 423.
Titan sophomore Carly Boughner (Cooperstown, PA / Rocky Grove) led Westminster as she tied for 10th with a score of 102 (50-52). Junior Morgan Pierce (Fredonia, PA / Reynolds) finished next for the Titans with a 15th-place finish as she carded a 104 (53-51).
Rounding out the Titan scorers were junior Jordan McGee (Punxsutawney, PA / Punxsutawney) (107) and senior Jenna Huston (Beaver Falls, PA / Blackhawk) (110).
Westminster will be back on the links Thursday as it competes at Saint Vincent at 1 p.m., followed by its invitational at the New Castle Country Club on Saturday.
